I want to share with whomever is considering hiring Debbie Hall as their agent to list their home not to hesitate. I recently had the pleasure of working with Debbie in listing my home in the Alta Vista golf course community in Placenta. She was faced with many challenges from the start. First the listing price I wanted was lot more than the previous highest comp in my neighbor for the same model home. Second the ill time of listing my home during the off peak season did not help as well. I realized through selling this house what a whirlwind of emotional stress one may go through but Debbie was able to filter everything for us made the process very smooth and hassle free. I cannot thank Debbie enough for getting us the highest selling price for our home, $55k above the highest comp to be exact. This was a price that every other agent said was not possible, but Debbie made it possible due to her diligence and networking skills.
From the day I signed with Debbie as my agent to list my home, Debbie took care of everything. She had the home cleaned, professionally staged, and photographed. Once the house was listed on the MLS, she had an open house every weekend, and followed up with interested parties while keeping in constant contact with us of the progress. Finally when the buyer emerged from the all the potential on lookers, Debbie did a fantastic job in finalizing the contract.
Overall, I would list my next home with Debbie and her team again, because I know she is capable of performing up to any task at hand when listing or buying a home.
