ABOUT DEBBIE HALL

Having grown up in a Real Estate household and being surrounded by Realtor’s for most of my life, I have seen first hand what it takes to make one of the most exciting dreams in a families life come to fruition.  Working with my Dad at his brokerage as a young woman helped prepare me to be the professional I am today.  My goal is to make sure I clearly understand the needs and wants of my clients, while navigating them through the selling or purchasing process with professionalism and a smile.  Matching people to the home of their dreams and seeing them happy in their new home is the best satisfaction of all.

I am deeply involved in the community and lead a Sibling Support Group for children who are living with a brother or sister with special needs.  I have also authored a self-help book called Trusting God in the Tough Times and am a speaker who often visits local parent groups or church groups to spread my message of hope.

As a Real Estate professional I works hard to stay informed concerning the latest news and technology in the real estate industry. I meet weekly with a real estate coach, read industry blogs, talk with fellow real estate agents and attend conferences. I have jumped in with both feet and have a blog, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channel. I stay informed so I can provide the best information to my clients and market their homes most effectively.

I am constantly door dropping, door knocking and seeking sellers that will match my buyers needs, and when it comes to marketing those homes, I am one of the best.  My extensive marketing plan gives a seller the opportunity to get the maximum value for his/her property.

For buyers, I help negotiate the best possible deal and search until I find the perfect property. Nothing satisfies me more than seeing the smiles that come with a successful sale for a family.
